Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and protect your email box accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
